Rob is a Senior Architectural Technologist and Job Captain with extensive experience in developing detailed drawings for a broad range of building types. As Job Captain, Rob is involved early in the project which ensures that the design concept is maintained and enhanced during the development of CADD generated construction documents for which he is responsible. Rob is also responsible for the management and coordination of a multi- disciplinary Design Team in a support role to the Principal-in-Charge.
During the construction period, Rob provides clarification, reviews shop drawings and updates contract documents to reflect as-built conditions. Rob is available to the Client's representative at all times.

This 2 storey elementary school with an attached child care centre will accommodate 420 students. The school is also designed for future expansion up to 650 students. A separate play ground and entrance is provided for the child care centre. The project was completed in November 2005 at a cost of $6,027,250.
This 257,260 sf. two storey facility provides manufacturing, warehousing and administrative functions in one centralized location for a local high tech manufacturing company, in Kanata. The building is clad in a combination of aluminum curtainwall, architectural precast and insulated metal panels system. The project was a design build contract, with a construction cost of approximately $12,500,000 for the base building and $3,560,250 for the fit- up. Construction was completed in June 2007.
This new 45,210 sf. two storey facility will accommodate the many operations of OMS under one roof: retail and display functions, administration areas, pharmacy, clean lab, and warehousing functions. The design articulates the various functions of the building through a combination of architectural precast cladding and aluminum curtainwall framing. The project was constructed under a construction management contract at a cost of $7,340,660. The project was completed in June 2007.
